About the Author

Jennifer is the Maryland community organizer for Clean Water Action, a national organization with 53,000 members in Maryland that fights to protect clean water, prevent health threatening pollution, create green jobs, and make democracy work. In Frederick, CWA has worked recently to strengthen stream buffer zone regulations, promote green stormwater infrastructure, and support the Monocacy River Management Plan. Jennifer grew up just north of Frederick City and likes to spend her time in Frederick biking around the County, walking around downtown, and hiking in the Watershed.
