Golden Mile Alliance seeking three new board members

The Golden Mile Alliance is looking for three new board members to serve a two year term.

This is a hands-on board level opportunity that requires members to be active in both committee participation as well as with events and programs. If you are interested in promoting and fostering a vibrant Golden Mile community through businesses, neighborhood, and economic development activities, please consider volunteering your time and talents.

THE FOLLOWING BOARD POSITIONS ARE OPEN:

one – resident of the Golden Mile

one – business owner on the Golden Mile (or its representative)

one – Member-at-Large who must either be a resident of Frederick County or own property or a business in the county.

Interested parties may submit a letter of interest and a current resume to goldenmilealliance@gmail.com. Applications will be accepted until November 17, 2017. Once selected, the two year term of office would commence on January 1, 2018.

There are also volunteer opportunities at the committee level with the business development, promotions and design committees. Any questions may be directed to the above email address.
