Solid Waste: “What’s Next” Phase 2 Report complete and available for comment

COMMENTS BEING TAKEN UNTIL APRIL 27

Frederick County’s consultant, Geosyntec has completed the Phase 2 Report, which was presented to the Solid Waste Steering Committee on March 8, and to members of the public who attended the meeting.

Many of the recommendations involve instituting various composting programs in the county.

We’re now in a public comment period that will end on Friday, April 27.

The consultant will present the Phase 2 Report findings at this meeting (one week before the deadline for public comment):
