Board MemberChris is a city planner with 30 years of experience in public sector planning and private practice. He has a master’s degree in planning from Catholic University in Washington, DC. He worked for 23 years for the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission in the Prince George’s County Planning Department. He has always had an interest in environmental planning and sustainable growth. The family moved to Frederick when he retired 13 years ago. He is an avid golfer.
